Our Process.

We know planning a wedding comes with a lot of moving pieces but when it comes to the visual details, we’ve got you.

Whether you have a full Pinterest board or just a spark of a vibe, here are our steps to take your vision and turn it into design magic. Simple, collaborative, and actually fun.

  • Fill out our quick form to tell us what you're dreaming up, from moodboards to menus, to where your vision is currently at. Don’t worry if it’s all over the place, we’ll help shape it!

  • We’ll hop on a complimentary consultation call to talk through all the exciting stuff: your wedding vibe, aesthetic inspo, what services are a must-have, and how we can bring it all to life. It’s your time to fill us in on all the dreamy details, and we will take all the notes.

  • We will then build the package that we believe will best fit all your wants AND your budget, and provide you with a custom quote.

    Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll send over your proposal + contract. We will determine what your timeline looks like, and come to an agreement on when you would like your design files delivered!

    A non-refundable deposit secures your spot in our calendar. We’ll also send you a fun lil’ questionnaire to get all the juicy details we need to kick things off.

  • Time to see the vision come to life! We’ll send your first design draft via email based on the services you booked. You’ll get 3 complimentary rounds of revisions to tweak, adjust, and perfect every element. Our main priority is you being obsessed with every design detail.

  • Once you're 100% happy with your final designs, we’ll send all the files in the formats you need to print (PDFs, PNGs, and more depending on the item). While we don’t offer printing in-house, we’ll give you our top suggestions for where and how to print for best results, online or locally.

    We design, you print! Easy peasy, budget-friendly, and fully yours.

  • Dreaming of hand-written and designed signage on mirrors, glass, chalkboard or acrylic? Yes, we do that—but only for clients local to Kingston, ON.

    You'll provide the physical pieces (we don’t currently have a rental collection), and we’ll handle the lettering magic. You will be sent the design proof, and we’ll make sure we perfect it before it’s time to get your piece(s) in our hands and have it delivered back to you before your big day.

    Think: bar menus on mirrors, welcome signs on glass, or seating charts on acrylic—elevated and oh-so-photo-worthy.
