Every great design starts with a love storyβ€”yours. We’ll begin with a discovery call to learn about you, your partner, and your vision for the big day. Bring your ideas, Pinterest boards, and any inspiration you’ve been collecting.
This is where we get to know your vibe, your style, and your must-haves.

1. Connect

Next, we translate your vision into a stunning visual direction. We’ll craft moodboards, select a custom colour palette, and recommend fonts, textures, and inspiration images that capture the feeling you want for your celebration. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

2. Curate

With your aesthetic mapped out, we bring it to life. From your invitations and stationery to day-of details, favours, and gifts, every element is designed to feel intentional, cohesive, and uniquely yours. We’ll refine the designs together until everything is picture-perfect.

3. Create

The best partβ€”you get to enjoy your big day knowing every detail has been taken care of. With your wedding branding fully designed and ready to wow, your celebration will look as unforgettable as it feels.

How It Works

  • Fill out our quick form and tell us what you’re dreaming upβ€”from moodboards to menus and everything in between. Don’t worry if your ideas feel a little all over the place. We’ll help refine and shape them into a cohesive, beautiful plan.

  • We’ll hop on a free consultation call to chat about your wedding vibe, your aesthetic inspo, what services you’re loving, and how we can bring it all to life. This is your time to spill all the dreamy details while we take notes and start crafting your unique package.

  • We’ll build a custom package that fits both your wishlist and your budget, then provide you with a tailored quote. Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a proposal and contract. A non-refundable deposit secures your spot in our calendar, and you’ll get a fun questionnaire so we can gather every detail we need to kick things off.

  • This is where the magic happens. We’ll send your first design drafts via email based on the services you’ve booked. You’ll have three complimentary rounds of revisions to tweak and perfect every detail until you’re absolutely in love with the final look.

  • When you’re 100% happy, we’ll send all your design files in the formats you need to printβ€”PDFs, PNGs, and more depending on the items. While we don’t handle printing in-house, we’ll recommend the best online and local printers to make it easy and budget-friendly. We design, you print, and it’s all yours.

  • If you’re a Kingston-area bride dreaming of hand-written signage on mirrors, chalkboards, glass, or acrylic, we’ve got you covered. You provide the physical pieces, and we’ll add the lettering magic. We’ll send you a proof for approval, then complete the final design and return it in time for your big day. Think bar menus on mirrors, seating charts on acrylic, and welcome signs that wow in every photo.
